According to PYMNT and BitPay’s Pay with Crypto survey, nearly 40% of millennials and Gen Zers have cryptocurrency plans to use it for payments.
According to a recent Deloitte survey, about 75% of them plan to start accepting cryptocurrency or stablecoin payments within the next two years. Many companies are already welcoming digital currency payments, just not directly.
Digital payments platform Flexa has partnered with several retailers to enable them to accept payments in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. The company’s mobile app, Spedn, is currently available for ios and Android devices.
Users store their cryptocurrency in the app’s digital wallet, and can then use the code to spend their funds at various participating stores.
